THE SUBCONSCIOUS
The subconscious brain fires at 9 billion times a second
Your conscious brain fires at 2,000 times a second. Subconscious is what infiltrates and motivates your conscious mind. It is the surface of your reactions, your thoughts, and your direction. Action precedes reflection.
But the conscious brain is what feeds the subconscious. It feeds on conscious input, without bias. What you fill it with, will create alignment or misalignment. It will feed your action.

HOW TO START

ACTION ONE
HEART BREATH
A "heart" breath is a nasal breathing technique that synchronizes activity in parts of your brain tied to emotion and memory - the amygdala, hippocampus, and piriform cortex. ACTION TWO
SENSORY ENGAGEMENT
Engaging your senses helps to engage your physical nerves to create repetitive motion and pressure. This triggers a release of endorphins which can reduce anxiety and stress further calming your state and putting your mind at ease. This prepares your mind to receive clear and positive thought.
ACTION THREE
EXPERIENCE PRIMING
Your conscious inputs can train your subconscious outputs. By focusing on a positive word, an experience, and an outcome, your subconscious can be trained to recognize the pattern and respond with faster positive outcomes creating neural pathways to change physical motive and action.
